Due to possible unsafe weather conditions from the forecasted arctic blast, all St. Landry Parish School District schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, and Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
With icy roads and freezing temperatures expected throughout the days ahead, we have made the decision to cancel classes, sporting activities, and practices to ensure the safety of our students, families, and staff.

Creswell Middle School Parents and Guardians: We will have an Open House on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 3:30pm - 5:00pm. Come by and meet your child's teachers and pick up your child's *2nd 9 Weeks Report Cards, *JCampus Parent Portal Letters and *Mid Term Failure Letters - (These letters are for only those students failing a course with Less Than 67% or students who have missed 10 or more days of school.) Hope to see you there!
If you suspect your child has talented music, theater, and/or visual art characteristics, contact your school for a referral to the School Building Level Committee. Talented referrals and evaluations are only conducted once a year in the Spring.

Learning Beyond the Bell Parents and Guardians: "Santa Claus is coming to town"! Opelousas and Eunice to be exact! As a result of both communities having their annual Christmas Parade this year on Thursday, December 14, 2023, we will cancel Learning Beyond The Bell/21st CCLC to allow all students and families the opportunity to enjoy the wonders of this season. Creswell Middle School Will Not Have the LBTB After School Program on Thursday, Dec. 12th. Students will return home on the regular mode of transportation.
