There will be NO Hope for Opelousas until Monday, January 10th.
There will be NO Learning Beyond the Bell Afterschool tutoring until Tuesday, January 18th.

Hello CMS Parents: Upon returning to school next week, a "mask mandate" for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors in all SLP facilities will be in place, effective January 3 - 13, 2022 or until the school board makes a decision.
If you have already registered and have been testing on Mondays, you DO NOT need to sign up again. The link was sent for those who would like to start weekly testing.

Good morning, I hope you all are enjoying the holiday break. Per Superintendent Jenkins, all faculty, staff, and students will return to school next week under mask mandate Jan. 3-13. School Board members will make a decision about whether or not to extend the time period and provide us with more information as warranted. They are also trying to make arrangements for testing locations for employees, students, and family members Sunday and Monday.

Hello CMS Parents: Just a friendly reminder that today starts our Winter Break 2021-2022. All SLP schools will be closed for Winter Break starting Monday, December 20, 2021 through Monday, January 3, 2022. There will be No School for students on Monday, January 3, 2022 due to a Professional Development for all faculty and staff. All students will return on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Please have a safe and happy holiday!
